Regional Manager (Hyderabad)- B2B Logistics Firm

Job Description:

- We are currently retained by a leading Logistics Management company to hire a Regional Manager (B2B) for Hyderabad region who will be responsible for developing and executing a city-level sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing sales team.

- Additionally, the person will focus on expanding client relationships, driving new business opportunities, collaborating with marketing to create effective sales campaigns, and overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiations, ensuring operational efficiency and strong client relationships.

Please note:

- Prior experience in selling solutions to BIG CORPORATES is a MUST-HAVE.

- To be considered for this role, you must have handled Contract Management and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a city-specific sales strategy aligned with business objectives; analyze market trends for growth opportunities.

- Lead and mentor the city sales team, set goals, and conduct performance reviews.

- Identify new business opportunities, expand client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

- Manage lead generation, pipeline, contract negotiations, and sales tools for efficiency.

- Conduct research to understand customer needs and refine strategies using data insights.

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, use data to track performance, and recommend strategies.

- Work with operations, finance, and other teams, and represent the company at industry events.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales.

- Full time MBA preferred.

- Prior experience handling corporate travel sales for MNC clients.

- Experience in Procurement, Contract Management, RFPs, and RFQs.

- Must have handled P&L and large teams.

- Strong understanding of Hyderabad B2B market.
