We are currently retained by a global IT Services firm to hire a seasoned HRBP lead for them.
As an HRBP lead you will be responsible to Lead Team, End-to-End People Initiatives, Manage Employee Lifecycle, and Work in Collaboration with Training & Development team.
The candidates should have prior experience in the IT Services sector (non negotiable) in a fast-paced environment along with substantial experience working on end-to-end HRBP process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership team to conceptualize, orchestrate, develop solutions, programs, policies, and HR strategies.
- Leads end-to-end people initiatives to improve work relationship.
- Promotes employee wellbeing, culture, and diversity with various initiatives.
- Manage performance management lifecycle.
- Team lead and provide guidance to the team.
- Work with Training and Development team to identify training needs for business units.
To fit the bill, you must have:
- MBA in HR with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Must of worked with global IT MNC.
- Ability to resolve complex employee relation issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work in fast paced competitive environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Engineer plus MBA preferred.
