Job Description

Total Rewards & Benefits Lead

- We are currently retained by a leading IT MNC to hire a Total Rewards & Benefits Lead for them. This is a managerial role and requires someone with the right experience and expertise in develop and implement Benefits strategy programs

- This role will offer you a great opportunity to lead the various aspects of large processes in designing Benefits and Rewards programs in a global environment. You will be responsible to administer and manage company's employee benefits and retirement programs. You would be responsible for Interaction with operational leaders in different business verticals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Designing a comprehensive benefits package to meet the needs of a changing workforce

- Evaluating the costs and benefits of wellness programs, life and long-term care insurance, and employee assistance programs

- Planning, developing, evaluating and communicating techniques for compensating employees

- Evaluating job positions for classification, status and salary requirements

- Advising management on resolving benefits issues

- Building and maintaining relationships with health and retirement plan providers

- Assisting employees by explaining benefits and appealing decisions made by insurance companies

- Reviewing vendor invoices, resolving disputes, and reporting on fees and costs

To fit the bill, you must be :

- MBA in Human Resources from a tier 1 school/college only

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR consulting & delivery for Total Rewards processes across multiple clients

- Strong understanding of various benefits programs in market, Latest trends, Cost benefit analysis, benefits design and implementation is preferred

- Cross-industry exposure to HR transformation projects

- Exposure to statutory benefits and retirement programs

Please note this role needs someone with strong understanding of benefits and who has led large scale benefit programs in MNCs. So please apply only if you have been doing Benefits as the key role and not as an HRBP.
