City Lead - Franchisee Model - EV/Auto (8-12 yrs)

We are currently retained by a leading clean energy/EV company to hire a city head (Franchisee model) who will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the entire operations in a city.

The key responsibilities include developing and executing a deployment strategy, identifying optimal locations, overseeing projects, and building relationships with stakeholders for the business in the city.

Additionally, the incumbent will ensure operational excellence by monitoring performance, implementing maintenance schedules, and using data analytics to improve service delivery.

Please note experience of working in a Clean energy/EV space overseeing operations and business activities in a franchisee model is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute deployment strategy for the business in a city

- Oversee all city projects from inception to completion.

- Build and maintain relationships with city officials, utility providers, property owners, and community groups.

- Monitor performance and reliability of the franchisee.

- Implement maintenance schedules and upgrades.

- Use data analytics to assess performance and satisfaction

To fit the bill, you must have :

- 10+ years' experience with MBA or engineering degree preferred

- Proven business management experience, preferably in startups and infrastructure/renewable energy.

- Strong knowledge of EV technology, and energy management.

- Strong communication, negotiation skills and stakeholder management

- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with local government, regulations, and environmental policies related to transportation and energy.

- Strong expertise of managing franchisee business
