Specialist/Lead - Audit & Reporting - FinTech - CA (3-6 yrs)

About:

We are currently retained by a leading B2B FinTech startup to hire an Audit & Reporting Lead who will be responsible for Audit Management, Team Leadership, Audit Planning, Financial Review, Process Improvement, Standard Implementation, and Data Analysis. The role will oversee and manage all audits processes to ensure compliance with established standard and regulations. Please Note this role needs a CA (non-negotiable) with big4 experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all audit processes to ensure compliance.

- Develop comprehensive audit plans to ensure thorough and efficient audits.

- Review financial records and prepare accurate financial statements including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.

- Handle all aspects of investor reporting, maintaining clear and accurate communication.

- Analyse accounting records, prepare financial statements, for recording financial data, and evaluate statements.

- Lead and develop audit teams, guide and support them.

To fit the bill:

- Chartered Accountant with Big4 experience.

- 3+ years of experience in auditing and financial reporting.

- Proven experience in handling and managing all types of audit.

- Strong analytical skills to analyse accounting records.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Experience in audits in a startup post Big 4 is a plus
