ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Module (3-13 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team in India.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 13 years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a strong understanding of ITSM processes.

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying applications within the ServiceNow platform, as well as integrating with other systems.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

- Create and manage ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows, catalog items, and user interfaces.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other ITSM tools and third-party applications.

- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance meets business needs.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow incidents and requests.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions that enhance user experience.

- Maintain documentation for the development process, configuration changes, and system integration.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-13 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for front-end development.

- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.

- Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services for integration purposes.

- Ability to create and manage reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.

- ITIL certification is preferred; understanding of ITIL processes is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
