Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Module (10-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- ServiceNow Migration : Lead end-to-end ServiceNow migration projects, including assessment, planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment for ITSM solutions.

- Solution Architecture : Design and architect scalable and efficient ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring the best practices are followed during migration.

- Requirements Gathering : Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand and document the requirements, ensuring seamless migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow.

- Customization & Development : Customize and develop ServiceNow applications and modules (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, etc.) to meet business requirements.

- Integration : Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems such as Active Directory, SCCM, email systems, and third-party tools.

- Data Migration : Plan and execute the migration of data from legacy systems into ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity and successful transfer.

- Testing & Troubleshooting : Conduct thorough testing of the migrated solution, including data validation, system functionality, and performance. Troubleshoot any issues and provide solutions.

- Documentation & Training : Create technical documentation for the migration process and provide training for end users and administrators.

- Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and mitigations.

- Continuous Improvement : Ensure that ITSM processes and configurations follow ITIL best practices. Recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
