ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Module (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer to work on-site in Hyderabad on a Contract-to-Hire basis. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with expertise in ITSM, integrations, performance analytics, and workflow automation.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.

- Implement and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the ServiceNow platform.

- Work with import sets and transform maps for efficient data migration and transformation.

- Develop and optimize client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and data policies to enhance user experience.

- Create and manage server-side scripts such as business rules and script includes for automation and performance optimization.

- Design and implement Service Catalogs, Workflows, and Flow Designer to streamline processes.

- Work on ServiceNow integrations, Service Portal, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database).

- Utilize Performance Analytics for creating dashboards and preparing performance-based reports.

- Ensure smooth instance cloning, upgrades, and plugin management on the ServiceNow platform.

- Collaborate with teams during US overlapping hours (12 PM IST - 10 PM IST) when required.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITIL modules and core platform concepts.

- Hands-on experience with BigPanda (preferred but not mandatory) for monitoring.

- ServiceNow CAD or CSA certification is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and automation tools.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
