SAP Syniti ADM Consultant (5-14 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced SAP SYNITI ADM (Application Development Manager) to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-14 years of experience working with SAP SYNITI solutions and a solid background in data management and governance.

This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the integrity and quality of data across our SAP systems. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain SAP SYNITI solutions to enhance data management and governance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Perform data migration, cleansing, and validation activities using SAP SYNITI tools.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality and system performance.

- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP SYNITI functionalities and best practices.

- Conduct regular audits of data processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5-14 years of hands-on experience with SAP SYNITI or related data management tools.

- Strong understanding of data governance principles and data quality management processes.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.

- Experience with data migration techniques and tools, especially within SAP environments.

- Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW) is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges.

- Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
