Job Description as follows;

*Maintain Employee Personal Files

*Assist in end to end Payroll Process

*Acts as a liaison between the organization and external parties.

*Provide key support to the line manager in document verifications and onboarding process. *Acts as a mediator to solve all queries related to policies, benefits, hiring processes etc. *Periodic performs audits of HR files and records.

*Co-ordination of training and development programs/ other events within the company *Performs other duties as assigned by the line manager.

*Prepare the HR related MIS Reports on daily weekly, monthly, basis.
