Job Purpose


  • To maintain & monitor the salary/wage administration, Corporate General Administration function including need base activities.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure Correct Payroll Process
  • Ensure the process as per HR guide Lines
  • Ensure Corporate General Administration

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintenance of employees payroll through Payroll system
  • Maintain and monitor Employee code creation.
  • Releasing the orders of Promotion, Transfers and Deputation.
  • Personal Dossier Management and Document management system
  • Employee communication supporting include Mobile phones and Data cards
  • Employee insurance includes WC, GMAC, GPA &General Insurance
  • Maintaining general office equipment’s and interacting with the service providers in case of servicing and repair when they are due for AMC
  • Managing Office budget
  • To Organize event management, include Employee get together & Special Events
  • Front office management includes Cafeteria and general House Keeping.
  • Maintain and monitor requirement of Printing and stationary
  • Execute and analysis the Audit Query related activities
  • HR Audit and Regional visit
  • Exit Interview and exit formalities. (Employee Separation)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPEREIENCE

  • Post-Graduation in HR (MBA-HR/MSW/MHRM/MA - PMIR).
  • Should possess good communication and Analytical skills.
  • Abilities – To impart the skill development methods
  • Other characteristics such as personal characteristics – interpersonal skills
  • 5+years of experience in Core HR functions preferably performance management system.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • A goal-orientated approach to work;
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Confidence, self-motivation, Ambition and the determination to succeed.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Creativity and Team-working skills.

Abilities:

  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and targets.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
  • Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Gather and analyse information skilfully.
