Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
    • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  2. Employee Relations & Welfare:
    • Address employee concerns and grievances in a professional manner.
    • Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure employee engagement activities.
  3. Performance Management & Training:
    • Support performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees.
    • Identify training needs and assist in organizing training programs.
  4. Payroll & Compliance:
    • Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
  5. HR Documentation & Policies:
    • Maintain employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management:
    • Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and vendor management.
    • Ensure a well-maintained, safe, and organized workplace environment.
  2. Coordination & Communication:
    • Serve as a point of contact between management and employees.
    • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistics.
  3. General Administration:
    • Maintain company assets, office equipment, and IT infrastructure.
    • Ensure compliance with office security and safety protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
