HR AND ADMIN Executive

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Payroll Coordination: Manage attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Maintain employee records

Administration:

• Office Management: Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office upkeep.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of HR principles
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).

Experience: 2–4 Years
