Job Description

Job Title: Fashion Retail Store HR Executive

Job Overview: A highly motivated and experienced human resources executive is desired to become an integral part of our fashion retail team. A comprehensive comprehension of human resources practices within the retail sector, with an emphasis on talent development, employee relations, and recruiting, will characterize the ideal candidate. Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and industry networks to facilitate recruitment.

Employee Relations:

• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the values of the fashion retail industry.

• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and conduct investigations when necessary.

• Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance team morale and productivity.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

• Collaborate with department heads to create career development paths for employees.

• Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics and industry-specific skills.

Performance Management:

• Administer performance review processes and provide constructive feedback to employees.

• Work with management to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.

HR Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and other relevant information.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Administer benefits and manage employee relations documentation.

Employee Recognition and Rewards:

• Develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge outstanding contributions.

• Administer rewards and incentive programs to motivate and retain top talent.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR executive in the retail industry, preferably in fashion retail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

•Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
