Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Telecalling / Customer Service Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Customer Engagement:
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer queries.
    • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  2. Sales and Upselling:
    • Promote and cross-sell company products or services where applicable.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
    • Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers for follow-up.
  3. Problem Resolution:
    • Listen actively to customer concerns and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints or service-related issues.
    • Ensure that customer concerns are addressed to their satisfaction, with follow-up when necessary.
  4. Data Entry and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
    • Log calls, follow-ups, and resolutions to ensure seamless communication and service.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer feedback, complaints, and service trends.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Ensure all calls are handled in a polite, professional, and courteous manner.
    • Achieve performance metrics and KPIs set by the company.
  6. Customer Retention:
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
    • Identify opportunities for improving customer loyalty and reducing churn.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
    • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
    • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Experience:
    • 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field (freshers are welcome to apply).
    • Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus.
  • Language Proficiency:
    Regional
  • Additional Qualities:
    • Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first approach.
    • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments.
