Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly experienced and talented Group Manager to oversee our EV operations. The ideal candidate must have between 10 to 15 years of experience, with a strong Industry experience. Communication and team handling skills in inherent to this role both with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

• Client Interaction and monitoring of projects under the Green Jobs vertical
• Hands on and strong experience in setting career development centers and handling the nuances of multiple CDC
• Understanding of CDC management and different roles in a CDC and ensuring that the projects deliver their mobilization, training and placement targets as per laid down standards
• Additional experience in government run schemes and projects would be an add on
• Setting of SLA for the regional managers for the projects, monitoring and ensuring the EV vertical delivers the project goals
• Implement process improvements and provide suggestions for operational efficiency.
• Ensure smooth and successful conduct of internal and client mandated audits.

Key Skills Required:

• Masters degree in Business Administration/Management or MSW
• Proven record of handling high performance teams
• Strong client handling skills and project management
• Strong Leadership and people management skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on driving operational efficiency
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks and ensure regions meet their targets
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, latest analytical tools to further augment reports and analysis
