Job Description
basedRole & responsibilities
- Handling and responsible for creating, and managing Linux / Windows / Unix operating systems and servers, domain, SSL certificate and complete IT infrastructure.
- Plan, execute and test Linux / Windows base administration activities.
- Coordinate with customers, respond to help desk enquiries, and deal effectively with a broad range of issues. Troubleshoot L1 & L2 level issues.
- Handling server, expertise on Linux commands & network commands, application backup integration, monitoring and management.
- Troubleshoot server, database, network and application challenges and maintain performance.
- Work with our product development team to implement and support client offerings.
- Ready to learn and develop new technology and shell scripting.
Preferred candidate profile
Certification - RHCSA certified (Compulsory), RHCE certified (Compulsory), AWS certified (optional)
