Insight Business Machines - System Administrator - Linux (1-4 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Installation, configuration and assistance in troubleshooting of mail servers like Apache and Nginx and various antivirus software based on the requirement

- Checking Server Hardware health.

- Monitoring and Managing VMware, Linux infrastructure, Backup tasks

- Running Restore drills for backup.

- Preparing incident and change management reports.

- Reporting daily activities to respective manager.

- Installation, configuration and assistance in troubleshooting for various Mail Servers like QMail, Exim, Postfix and Sendmail

Skills Required :

- Should have basic knowledge of Server Hardware,VMware virtualization

- Should have basic knowledge of Linux Operating System, Mail Servers (QMail, Exim, Postfix and Sendmail), Active Directory, Web servers (Apache and Nginx), DNS, IIS, Antivirus, Security systems (Firewall, IPsec), Networking - TCP/IP

- RHCE/RHCA or equivalent is desired.

- Experience with IP networking, VPNs, DNS, load balancing and firewall concepts.

- Quick learning and analytical skills would be required.

- Should have good knowledge in SQL queries

- Good problem-solving abilities

Relevant experience- minimum 1 year
