Job Description
As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Work closely with data to solve complex business challenges and enhance decision-making.
- Build and maintain data infrastructure to streamline processes and improve workflows.
- Collaborate with Data Science and BI teams to develop predictive models and data pipelines that support research, reporting, and machine learning.
- Serve as an advocate for data best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Modelling & Analysis: Partner with the Data Science team to create algorithms that provide unique insights, enabling powerful data analysis.
- User Flow Analysis: Develop data models that paint a comprehensive picture of user interactions across the system, driving business intelligence.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create and manage business reports using data visualization tools to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
- Model Development: Design and implement predictive models that answer key business questions and enhance customer lifecycle management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience with SQL and BI/data visualization tools. Hands-on experience in SQL database design.
- Strong communication skills, especially in translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with BI tools and creating reports for business consumption.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, research-oriented environment with multiple ongoing projects
