We are looking for a talented Marketing Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and tracking the performance of our marketing campaigns, particularly those aimed at driving app downloads. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, and a strong grasp of the marketing fundamentals of online and offline marketing techniques.
Role Description
- Developing Marketing Strategies: Crafting campaigns to attract new players and retain existing ones.
- Analyzing Market Trends: Researching and analyzing the gaming market to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
- Managing Campaigns: Overseeing online and offline marketing campaigns to ensure they align with the brands goals.
- Content Creation: Generating engaging content for various platforms to promote the rummy game.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
- Budget Management: Allocating and managing the budget for marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.
- Innovation: Continuously seeking innovative ways to promote the game and engage with different audience segment
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in marketing technology, market research, analysis, and the creation of marketing contents.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms, automation, analytics tools, and data integration solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify inconsistencies, errors, and flow issues, and then develop solutions to address them.
- Basic understanding of APIs, data integration, and data pipelines is an add-on.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and tech teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in data management and analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work.
- Strong time management prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects.
