We are seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and help us leverage data to drive strategic decisions and business growth.

Job Summary: The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data visualization, data modeling, and business intelligence to deliver actionable insights and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
Data Modeling: Create and manage data models, including relationships and measures, to support complex analytical requirements.
Automation: Create and manage the python codes to automate the data jobs.
Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, and cloud services to build comprehensive datasets.
Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and scalability.
User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Power BI tools and reports.
Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for reports, dashboards, and data models.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Power BI development with data visualization, SQL, Python Scripting, Excel and gsheet.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.
Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for report calculations and measures.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and SQL for querying and data manipulation.
Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques.
Python basics and Intermediatory skills.
Proficient in google sheets advance.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Data Engineering: Able to gather data from multiple sources and transform it for further processing using python and excel.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Power BI or related business intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
Experience with advanced analytics and machine learning integration in Power BI.
