Role - Data AnalystExperience - 4 - 8 YearsLocation - Pune, BangaloreMust-Have: * 4 - 8 years of professional experience in a Data Analyst role (as a data analytics member, domain explorer, Business Intelligence or Data Analysis role that includes building data interpretation). * Banking Domain knowledge. * End-to-end analytical support finance technology delivery, from requirements documentation and design to coordination of technical deployment and testing * Data analysis, informing scope and design * Working with workstream lead to ensure that all key stakeholders and business areas are appropriately considered and engaged during analysis and implementation * Business analysis skills and end-to-end understanding of the technology delivery lifecycle, from requirements documentation to deployment and testing * Skilled in data analysis, data validation and data mapping. * Detail oriented, capable of delivering work to a high level of accuracy * Strong self-starter, enthusiastic problem solver, ability to manage multiple priorities * Excellent written and verbal communication * Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and above all a team player * Experienced in curating different documents like BRD, FRD, User Story, Test Plans * Understanding and Defining stakeholder / business problems, requirements elicitation and requirement prioritization * Must be having team leading skills and stakeholder management. * Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, SQL, Hadoop & Pyspark * Strong Business Analyst with Data project experienceExperience in requirement management, Analytical thinking, Problem solving, Domain knowledge and Communication, Scrum, AgileExperienced on agile projects and understand the application of agile.Good in SQL, and SQL programming knowledge as a Data Business Analyst * Knowledge of ETL Process, GCP, Hadoop is must. * Should have worked into Data Space project having conceptual understanding of Data Warehouse, Big Data, Dimensional Modeling * A good understanding of the best practices and business processes. * Exposure of working in Agile framework. * Strong business acumen with ability to identify and communicate trends and insights in a timely manner. * Must be able to integrate quickly into the team and work independently towards team goals. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior management regarding the implementation of changes. * Competence in writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes you made. * Tools: JIRA, ConfluenceGood To Have: * Domains (including market data vendors): Party/Client, Trade, Settlements, Payments, Instrument and pricing, Market and/or Credit RiskUnderstanding of how DevOps works and how to utilize in the agile process.Key Skills: RDBMS concepts, SQL, Python, Pyspark, Data Mapping, Data Lineage, Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis, Agile / Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Stakeholder Management
