- Seeking Experienced HRBP to Enhance Diversity and Inclusion
- Creates, manages, and executes various HR projects to standardize and strengthen HR practice across the location, as well as setting new processes under the supervision of the HR location lead.
- May take part in the Global HR projects if needed.
- Oversees the onboarding process, conducts welcome presentations, trains junior colleagues to conduct welcome presentations, and makes sure that direct reports follow standard processes.
- Responsible for onboarding KPIs within the respective
- Senior HR BP is the main point of contact for EE's and Mgr's escalation in case of any process gaps.
- Conducts 1:1's with employees and Mgrs from the respective departments.
- Educates Mgrs on core HR processes.
- Collects L&D needs, escalates consolidated top priorities to respective teams, and follows up execution.
- Acts as a trainer or facilitator if needed.
- Maintains PR process: tracks PR KPIs, and educates Mgrs, HRs, and EEs on the PR process.
- Reviews and processes after the PR action plan.
- Educates Mgrs and EE's on the promotion process.
- Manages promotion process for employees.
- Collects and communicates the feedback and conducts 360 feedback (launches forms, analyses results, communicates to Mgrs and EE's, helps to prepare development plans).
- Reviews compensation increases on a regular basis, approves them with the senior management, and sends them to payroll.
- Supports a healthy environment and EE's engagement.
- Ensures that retention actions are in place.
- Conducts regular 1-1's with managers and critical EE's.
- Responsible for retention and attrition processes.
- Creates and follows up attrition channels.
- Analyses reasons for attrition and discusses risks and actions with managers.
- Proposes ideas for decreasing attrition risks.
- Supports company recognition (5 years seniority - monitors the list of nominees, sends backpacks to the EE's, sends recognition emails), onboarding packs, gifts, and presents.
- Drives global and local events (sports programs, sports events, communities by interest, Lazy Breakfast, Coffee Bot, etc.) on the location level.
- Drives Global Annual Award event and Global Engagement Survey on the location level.
- Promotes other corporate surveys.
- Mentors HR team under subordination.
- Provides performance feedback, conducts PR, helps to develop skills where needed, and addresses performance gaps.
- Cooperates with the Compliance stream on labor compliance cases (e.g: HR Audits, termination cases, ethics investigations, etc.)
- Works with HR analytics\dashboards for the target population and analyzes key metrics.
