Role & responsibilities : Specifically Business HR Role

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational performance.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies, ensuring a robust talent pipeline and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations issues, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, supporting the organization through transitions while minimizing disruption.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that foster a culture of feedback, recognition, and accountability.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs that enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement in HR practices.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop HRBP team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing HR function.


Preferred candidate profile :

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 12+ years of Business HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of Business HR principles and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using HR metrics to inform decisions.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong understanding of HR business partnering and best practices of the domain.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Display a strong work ethic able to take ownership
  • Be willing to stretch "up" and "down" in responsibilities
