Job Description

  • Develop, refine, and execute a sales strategy focused on enterprise customers.
  • Drive enterprise revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities in key target sectors
  • Implement effective sales methodologies (e.g., consultative sales, solution-based selling) to maximize conversion rates and deal size s
  • Prospect, qualify, and engage C-level decision-makers and stakeholders within target enterprises.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of enterprise sales executives to meet individual and team goals.
  • Define clear objectives, set KPIs, and regularly monitor performance.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration of the company s software into the client s business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide detailed reports to senior leadership on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback
Skills Required
  • 8-15 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a proven track record in enterprise-level sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals with multi-million-dollar contracts.
  • Experience managing and leading sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the B2B software industry, including SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or enterprise-level solutions.
  • Managed a team of 3 to 4 members in Enterprise sales.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, deal negotiation, and closing
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
