Corporate Technology Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

• Engage directly with corporate clients to understand their travel technology needs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring swift resolutions and exceptional service.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions with clients to identify areas for improvement and potential enhancements.

Platform Management:

• Oversee the management and optimization of travel technology tools, including Concur, Deem, Agency Technology, Sabre, and Travelport.
• Take charge of executing platform changes and enhancements based on client requirements.
• Produce and analyze Unused Ticket Reports and deliver insights using Grasp and Microsoft Power BI.

Technology Enhancement:

• Make informed recommendations for platform enhancements, ensuring TL365 remains at the forefront of travel technology.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement technological upgrades and improvements.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to maintain our competitive edge.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams on platform updates and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in corporate travel management and technology platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with Concur, Deem, Agency Technology, Sabre, Travelport, Grasp, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
