Travel Agent Support Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist travel agents in identifying and connecting with preferred partners, providing comprehensive contact information and support.
• Offer guidance and troubleshooting support for invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Help agents navigate and utilize our proprietary platform, TheAtlas365.com, enhancing their capability to manage bookings and itineraries seamlessly.
• Provide expert advice on our booking tool, stepping in to teach and onboard agents to optimize their usage.
• Act as a liaison between partner organizations and travel agents, ensuring communication is efficient and constructive.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up tasks for agents, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
