Key Responsibilities

🔹 Tender Management & GEM Portal Expertise

• End-to-end management of tendering, bidding, and procurement processes on the GEM portal and other government platforms.
• Identify relevant government/private tenders, EOI, RFPs, and RFQs, ensuring timely submission.
• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, pricing structures, and compliance requirements.

🔹 Strategic Bidding & Proposal Development

• Prepare winning proposals, technical & financial bids, and documentation.
• Conduct detailed cost estimation, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis to maximize success rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) to align proposals with company objectives.

🔹 Contract Negotiation & Compliance

• Ensure all tender submissions meet regulatory, legal, and technical requirements.
• Handle post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and contract finalization with government agencies.
• Maintain compliance with GEM portal guidelines, ensuring seamless execution of awarded projects.

🔹 Market Research & Business Development

• Stay updated on government/private procurement policies, new tenders, and industry trends.
• Identify new business opportunities in the public/private sector and government contracting space.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, government officials, and procurement teams.

🔹 Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain a structured record of tenders, bid results, and post-submission follow-ups.
• Generate regular reports on tender success rates, financial impact, and business growth.

What Were Looking For

✔ Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Experience: 2+ years of experience in tendering, with a strong focus on GEM portal operations and government procurement.
✔ Skills & Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of GEM portal functionalities, procurement processes, and government/private contract management.
• Strong understanding of tender evaluation, bid pricing, and documentation requirements.
• Ability to analyze tenders strategically and prepare high-quality, competitive bids.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, tendering software, and online procurement platforms.
