Opening For Tender/Contracts Infrastructure Project @ Chandigarh

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, including BOQ, technical specifications, and drawings.
  
• Conduct site visits to gather information on existing infrastructure and identify potential issues.
  
• Develop detailed cost estimates for projects based on market rates and industry standards.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate estimation of project costs and timelines.
  
• Review tenders received from contractors to ensure compliance with company requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in bidding, proposals, tender preparation, analysis, evaluation, estimation, e-tendering, quotation, tender estimation, rate analysis, estimation, boq preparation, proposal preparation (BOQ), QS (quantity surveyor), billing & costing.
  
• Diploma holder in relevant field (Civil or Mechanical).
  
• Strong understanding of techno-commercial aspects of infrastructure projects.
