Role & responsibilities

1. Planning and coordinating project activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
2. Managing project budgets and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
3. Supervising construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
4. Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
5. Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and regulatory authorities.
6. Managing contracts, reviewing terms, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
7. Documenting project milestones, tracking progress, and preparing reports for stakeholders.
8. Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Overall, your role is to ensure that bridge construction projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and other equivalent degrees
  • At least (15) years experienced in Bridge/Flyover construction.
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
