Exports & Logistics Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Exports & Logistics Executive to manage and oversee export operations and logistics. The role involves preparing export documentation, coordinating shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and liaising with clients, vendors, and service providers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents for smooth shipments.

Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Communicate with clients and vendors to address queries and updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in exports or logistics.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of Incoterms and export regulations is an advantage.Role & responsibilities
