Business Assistance Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

• BAP teams are not GDS agents primarily. Instead, we are looking for a team who can understand detailed itineraries.
• Candidates must be able to be detail-driven, copy itinerary information into a new format, look for gaps in the itinerary,  and pay attention to ensure all details are included in the provided documents.
• Candidates need strong written and verbal skills and work the US day shift.
• Candidates need to be able to prioritize work based on estimated time to completion and understand how to prioritize faster tasks to clear the request logs vs creating unnecessary backlogs.
• Team members are expected to work from the office full time work from home is not permitted.
