FinOps Associate

Role & responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the lending segment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processes.
• Support loan disbursement, repayment tracking, and reconciliation activities.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze data, create reports, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records of lending transactions and performance metrics.
• Identify inefficiencies in current lending workflows and propose solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., credit, risk, product) to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
• Foster a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge and supporting team members.
• Address operational challenges with a proactive attitude, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer experience within the lending segment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
• Basic Understanding of Lending Segment: Familiarity with loan products, processes, and terminology in the financial services industry.
• Experience in Lending Operations: 1-3 years of experience in lending operations or a similar role is preferred.
• Teamwork Skills: Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Problem-Solving Attitude: A proactive mindset with the ability to identify challenges and propose practical solutions.
