Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Loan Servicing Co lending Pool post
disbursal(CLM-1 and 2)

2. Transferring funds with respect to EMI, Part Payment and Foreclosure for co lending pool.

3. Co -ordination with various internal stakeholders for smooth functioning of operations as per requirement.

4. Co -ordination with internal stakeholder for resolution of various queries related to co lending pool

5. Reconciliation of both books - Payable and Receivables

6. Preparation of MIS

7. Circulation of MIS to track Loan closure status of Foreclosure and Cancellation cases

8. Co-ordination with Partner for resolution of various queries related to co lending pool

9. Preparation of loan file and uploading data on portal

10.Handling queries of credit underwriter to disburse cases in co lending.

Work culture is at ll not recommended, U will be lucky if you get a good skilled and supportive manager.

Dislikes

In offer letter it is hybrid but u ll be asked to report daily. Lot of adhoc activities and task will be given. no clear picture of ur KRA, u ll be a multitasking staff.
