Assistant Manager - Cgtmse & Mudra Operations

Job Summary:

The role involves managing end-to-end activities related to CGTMSE and Mudra schemes, including reporting, compliance, claim processing, and ensuring timely coordination with stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for adherence to government policies, maintaining operational efficiency, and addressing lender queries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reporting and Compliance:

• Monthly reporting of CGTMSE and Mudra cases, ensuring compliance with all

regulations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of CGTMSE/Mudra uploads, renewals, and

claims.

• Ensure timely submission of NPA marking and renewal cases as per

CGTMSE/Mudra requirements.

2. Claim Management:

• Initiate, monitor, and track claims for CGTMSE, Mudra, and co-lending cases.
• Coordinate with lenders and CGTMSE/Mudra teams to resolve discrepancies or

claim-related issues.

• Ensure claims are submitted on time to avoid financial loss.

3. Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal teams, lenders, and government representatives for smooth

execution of policies and processes.

• Ensure timely communication with CGTMSE/Mudra officials to stay updated on new

schemes and policies.

4. Data Management and Analysis:

• Prepare and analyze MIS for CGTMSE and Mudra operations, sharing insights with

stakeholders.

5. Policy Adherence:

• Ensure cases uploaded under CGTMSE/Mudra schemes meet policy guidelines.
• Regularly review and calibrate processes to minimize rejections and discrepancies

during audits or disbursements.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• In-depth understanding of CGTMSE, Mudra, and co-lending schemes.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data management.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Knowledge of lending operations and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS preparation.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 35 years of experience in banking, NBFCs, or similar industries, with a focus on CGTMSE

and Mudra operations.
