We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, enhance brand
positioning, and improve customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
sales strategy, lead generation, CRM management, data-driven decision-making, and team
leadership. Key responsibilities include market analysis, campaign execution, sales pipeline
management, and fostering strong customer relationships. Strong expertise in product
knowledge, branding, and CRM tools like Zoho or Salesforce is preferred.
Job Description
• Develop and implement sales strategies: Craft and execute a comprehensive sales
strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets for Gravton Motors.
• Dealer Network Management: Build, manage, and nurture dealership relationships to
ensure consistent sales performance and alignment with company objectives.
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive the team to meet and exceed sales milestones,
including volume targets and dealership onboarding goals.
• Market Penetration: Analyze regional markets to identify growth opportunities and
expand Gravton's market presence.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee the implementation of CRM
tools and systems to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams
to align sales strategies with branding and product positioning.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering
a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Data-driven Decision Making: Use data and insights to refine sales approaches,
monitor performance, and optimize operations for maximum efficiency.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Gravton's product offerings,
including the unique features of the QUANTA and upcoming models ARQ and QRX,
to effectively communicate value propositions to customers and dealers.
• Event Coordination: Represent Gravton Motors at industry events, dealer
conferences, and exhibitions to promote the brand and strengthen partnerships.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a results-oriented mindset with extensive experience in sales,
dealership management, and customer engagement. A self-starter, he/she will be a dynamic
individual capable of driving sales performance while maintaining the highest standards of
professionalism. The candidate must be motivated, proactive, and adaptable to the fast-paced
