Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director with extensive experience in staff augmentation and IT staffing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with top IT companies, driving sales for contractual and permanent placements, and managing diverse regional markets, including India, the Middle East, North America, and the US.
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for staff augmentation services across the assigned regions.
Identify and penetrate top IT companies to establish long-term business relationships.
2. Market Expansion:
Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and devise strategies to expand the company's footprint in India, the Middle East, North America, and the US.
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing partnerships.
3. Team Management:
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team across multiple geographies.
Set performance goals, monitor progress, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
4. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in top IT companies. Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
5. P&L Management:
Oversee the financial performance of the sales vertical, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports for executive review.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with recruitment, delivery, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Align sales initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
Proven track record of working with top IT companies and delivering successful staffing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of the staffing industry and market dynamics in India, the Middle East, North America, and the US.
