Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Financial Management:Set and achieve revenue targets for assigned accounts
Monitor account profitability and implement cost-effective strategies
Prepare and present financial reports to clients and internal stakeholders
Team Leadership:Lead and mentor account management teams
Provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of outstanding service
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture
Client Communication:Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on account performance
Address client concerns and manage expectations
