Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)

Experience Required: 5-8 years in brand marketing and product launches within Q-commerce, E-commerce, or D2C industries.

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and driven marketing professional to join our fast-growing Q-commerce startup in Bangalore. As the Marketing Lead, you will spearhead the marketing charter, working closely with the founders to shape and execute the marketing strategy. This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about brand building, digital marketing, and launching innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Collaborate with the founders to define and implement the overall marketing strategy.

- Take ownership of all marketing decisions and initiatives.

2. Brand Marketing & Product Launches:

- Drive end-to-end brand marketing efforts to build a strong and recognizable brand identity.

- Lead product launch campaigns to ensure impactful market entry and sustained growth.

3. Social Media Marketing:

- Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms to build engagement and drive customer acquisition.

- Create compelling and innovative content to enhance the brand's online presence.

4. Performance Marketing:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive ROI and achieve growth objectives.

- Manage budgets and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.

5. Agency & Digital Marketing Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand goals.

- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels.

6. Team Building:

- Initially operate as an Individual Contributor (IC) with full ownership of marketing functions.

- Gradually build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in brand marketing and product launches in Q-commerce, E-commerce, or D2C industries.

- Proven expertise in social media marketing, performance marketing, and digital marketing.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
