Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership:
- Own and drive the revenue targets across the Talent Solutions division, overseeing sales for both large enterprise and SMB segments.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, targeting enterprise clients as well as smaller and mid-sized businesses.
- Lead and scale the sales team, ensuring effective sales processes and a high- performance culture focused on results.
Delivery and Operations Management:
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring that all client engagements meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness.
- Implement operational best practices to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and team productivity.
- Build, standardize, and optimize processes to ensure smooth service delivery, resource allocation, and seamless client onboarding.
Strategic Growth and Planning:
- Work closely with the CEO and other members of the executive team to develop and execute the long-term strategy for Talent Solutions.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the market, including new client segments, product offerings, and service innovations.
- Lead the design and execution of go-to-market strategies to increase market penetration in both the enterprise and SMB segments.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional team across sales, delivery, and lead generation.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the Talent Solutions division to drive accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Implement structured learning and development (L&D) programs to continuously upskill the team, enhancing their ability to meet client needs and exceed targets.
Financial and Performance Management:
- Establish and monitor OKRs, KRAs, and performance metrics across all functions (Sales, Delivery, Lead Generation).
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to optimize performance and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies, manage operational costs, and improve overall unit economics.
Revenue & P&L Ownership:
- Manage the division's P&L, ensuring both revenue growth and profitability.
- Optimize unit economics by closely monitoring acquisition costs, service delivery expenses, and other key cost drivers.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue per client while managing overall profitability through effective pricing and cost-control measures.
Product Innovation & Platform Monetization:
- Leverage customer and market insights to guide product enhancements and improve user experience, driving greater engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the product and tech teams to drive innovation, ensuring that our solutions stay ahead of market trends and client needs.
- Identify and implement new monetization strategies for the platform, expanding revenue streams and enhancing value for our clients.
Desired Skills and Expertise:
- Experience: 15+ years in a product sales, delivery, or business development leadership role, ideally within talent solutions, recruitment, HR tech, or a related field. Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and P&L ownership.
- Sales Leadership: Extensive experience in large enterprise and SMB sales, with hands-on experience building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Operational Excellence: Deep experience in service delivery, process optimization, and end-to- end operations management.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, measure performance, and make data-backed decisions. Proven strategic thinker in monetizing products and aligning product goals with overarching business objectives.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and retain talent across functions.
- P&L and Financial Acumen: Strong background in managing P&L, understanding unit economics, and driving profitability through effective cost management and revenue optimization.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
