Bms Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Design & Implementation:

• Design, install, test, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) for various building projects.
• Ensure BMS solutions meet project specifications and quality standards.

2.Project Management:

• Oversee and manage BMS-related projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet engineering project deadlines.

3. System Integration:

• Ensure seamless integration of BMS with other building systems such as HVAC, lighting, security, and fire alarms.

4. Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

• Conduct site visits to identify and resolve issues related to BMS installation and maintenance.
• Provide technical support for after-sales service and ongoing maintenance activities.

5. Technical Expertise:

• Act as a subject matter expert for BMS solutions, guiding clients and internal teams on best practices.

Other BMS & Building Project Management activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / master's degree in engineering (Civil or related fields).
• Proven experience in designing, installing, and maintaining BMS for a minimum of 4-9 years.
• Strong understanding of BMS integration with HVAC, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Workplace:
This role is based in Gagillapur, Hyderabad, requiring on-site responsibilities.
