Formulation R&D Scientist

Product development:
•Review of literature, finished product evaluation and gathering scientific information.
•Conducting pre-formulation trials, lab trials & preparation of reports.
•Conducting lab/scale up trials/ qualification batches, preparation of documents & reports.
•Preparation of documents like protocols and batch records etc.
•Process evaluation and exhibit batch execution & preparation of reports.
•Monitoring of stability study as a part of development work.
•Report preparation like PDR, stability report and interim development report.
•Any other activities assigned by superiors.

System development:
•Planning of work as per schedule as mentioned project managing planner
•Create laboratory systems and documentation such as SOPs, IQ/OQ/PQ documents, training record and other related documents.
•Planning of product development activity and resources.
•Preparation and review of required specification.
•Ensure timely procurement of APIs & other materials required for lab trials/exhibit batches.

Improvements:
•Development of cost effective formulations.
•Development of platform technology

People related:
•Coordination with other departments to complete the tasks smoothly.
