Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Building Management System (BMS) Manager to oversee the implementation, maintenance and optimization of our building management systems. The successful candidate will ensure seamless integration of various building systems, maximize energy efficiency, and provide a safe and comfortable environment for occupants.

Key Responsibilities

1. BMS Operations: Oversee daily operations, maintenance and repairs of BMS, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and security systems.

2. System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of building systems, including HVAC, lighting, security, fire alarm and elevator systems.

3. Energy Management: Implement energy-saving initiatives, monitor energy consumption and optimize energy efficiency.

4. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system faults, alarms and issues promptly.

5. Maintenance Scheduling: Schedule routine maintenance, repairs and upgrades.

6. Vendor Management: Supervise vendors, contractors and service providers.

7. Budgeting: Manage BMS-related budgets, expenses and cost-saving initiatives.

8. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards and organizational policies.

9. Training: Conduct training sessions for staff on BMS operations and maintenance.

10. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, manuals and documentation.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics or related fields.

2. Minimum 10 to 13 years of experience in BMS management, facilities management or building operations.

3. Strong knowledge of BMS System & Equipments, hardware and networking protocols.

4. Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA).

5. Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.

6. Certification in Building Automation Systems (BAS) or Energy Management.

7. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and building management software.

Desirable Skills

1. Experience with IoT, AI and data analytics.

2. Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy-efficient technologies.

3. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

4. Project management certification (e.g., PMP). 5. Strong analytical and reporting skills. The person should have experience in UPS, HVAC, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems, Pump room Equipment/ WTP & Softener, office fit-outs, plumbing, and mechanical and electrical equipment.
