Location: Delhi NCR

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive to join our Events Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of Virtual, Physical, and Hybrid Events, including partnership/sponsorship events. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Execution across virtual, physical, and hybrid formats.
• Managing event invitations, RSVP, and guest management.
• End-to-end logistics management including venue coordination, vendor management, and branding.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies for seamless execution.
• Budgeting, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• On-ground event coordination and troubleshooting.
• Post-event analysis and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant years of experience in Event Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
