Role: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Internal Communications

Location: Delhi NCR

We are seeking a creative and driven resource to join our Internal Communications Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the firms initiatives internally among employees while enhancing employee experience through engaging communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and marketing internal communication campaigns.
• Supporting external employee branding campaigns.
• Drafting promotional content for internal platforms such as emails, newsletters, and intranet.
• Collaborating with the design team to create visually appealing content.
• Managing the end-to-end communication process for internal initiatives.
• Driving employee engagement through creative storytelling and messaging.
• Measuring the effectiveness of communication campaigns and reporting insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant years of experience in Internal Communications or Corporate Communications.
• Strong creative writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Basic understanding of design principles and collaboration with design teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
