Role & responsibilities:
- Assisting in review of the accounting activities.
- Assisting in review of Standalone and Consolidated financial results monthly and on annual basis before submitting the same to the Management, Board, Auditors and Financial Institutions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements relating to accounts.
- Assisting in timely co-ordination with Statutory, Internal, Risk Auditors and for Internal Financial Controls.
- Ensuring that all the schedules required towards audit of Financial Statements are made available to the Auditors.
- Reviewing of IND AS Workings, Fixed Assets Register, Prepaid Workings and Bank reconciliations.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of the Companies Act, Indian accounting standards, Income Tax act and similar acts on Indirect taxation
- Knowledge of the various laws/regulations/rules applicable to the Group's various businesses
Should be a Qualified CA
