Job description for Deputy Assistant Manager / Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts:

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing collections.

- Monitor and maintain accurate general ledger records.

- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.

- Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and financial regulations.

- Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.

- Coordinate with external & internal auditors to facilitate audit processes.

- Oversee all statutory compliances (GST, TDS, Custom e.t.c)

- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities within the teams.

- Perform supervisory roles & responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualification : CA.

- Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting.

- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
