Opening For Recruiter position with Ruby Hall Clinic - Pune

Role & responsibilities

• Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for all open positions, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
• Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become vacant /open.
• Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
• Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media and Naukri.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
• Source, screen resumes and validate the profiles of interested candidates , from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation.
• Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience - 1 - 5 yrs
• Qualification - Any Graduate + MBA (HR)
• Proficiency with content management system
• Experience in developing recruitment strategy
