Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead a team of tele sales executives and achieve ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring client satisfaction while driving revenue growth through effective management and strategic selling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of online tele sales executives, ensuring they meet their sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through cold calling and other outreach strategies.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to improve productivity.
• Sales Opportunities: Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities from existing clients to maximize revenue.
• Deal Closure: Focus on closing sales deals as the primary KPI, ensuring all opportunities are followed up effectively.
• Client Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an Online Sales Manager, Sales Team Lead, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of tele sales processes and techniques, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team to achieve success.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset to identify sales trends and opportunities for growth.
• Experience in the finance or taxation industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
