Please find the job description:

• Accurately process GRNs for global projects, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and contract terms.
• Monitor and manage the GRN workflow in the ERP system (SAP) to avoid bottlenecks and delays.
• Verify received goods and services against purchase orders (POs) and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with procurement teams, project managers, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods and services.
• Act as the point of contact for GRN-related queries from regional teams and global stakeholders.
• Identify and implement improvements in the GRN process to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for GRN operations across global projects.
• Ensure all GRN transactions comply with organizational policies, audit standards, and global regulations.
• Generate periodic reports on GRN performance metrics, including backlog, discrepancies, and compliance trends.
• Ensure that all documents are current, accurately categorized, and easily accessible.

Knowledge & Experience

• SAP MM GRN processing experience in SAP (must)
• Good communication skills
• Full P2P (Procure To Pay) process knowledge
• AP (Accounts Payable) knowledge
• EPCM or similar shared services industry experience
